Jon Grant‘s new apartment complex in Albany is just about finished.
The developer, GSX Solutions, is made up of a team that includes Jon Grant, an architect and principal of Grant Ventures in Annapolis, Maryland. Jersen Construction of Albany built the project.
Even though the Auden Albany apartments are across the street from the University at Albany, they won’t be restricted to college students.
Construction began in fall 2017 and is expected to be completed by the end of the summer. Residents are already starting to move in, though.
