Jersen Construction Group Promotes Christopher Lepkowski to VP of Operations

After fifteen years of service with Jersen Construction Group, Chris has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. In this role, Chris will assist in the oversight of operations, finance, human resources, project teams and more. Chris will play a key role in developing company goals, strategies for achieving those goals, and measuring progress across multiple departments to ensure company goals are being met.
Chris joined Jersen Construction Group as a Project Engineer Intern while attending the University of Hartford studying Architectural Engineering. He was then invited to join full-time after graduating and has exceled in the company by paying close attention to detail, multi-tasking, and continually challenging himself. Chris has a reputation of quality and trust, aligning himself deeply within the mission of Jersen Construction Group from the beginning. This appointment will help position us as we continue to grow while remaining true to our core values.
