Jersen successfully general contracted almost $30M managing all trades and self-performing a majority of the work.
In-House work consisted of all major demolition of existing 25000 sf building (complete gut), removal of existing exterior walls, new additions of approx 12000sf, all new walls ( masonry and drywall partitions, finishes, 12000sf of raised computer florring (36″ to 48″) extensive site utlity work with all new storm, sanitary and water lins, all new plumbing mechanical and electrical.
