Siena University – Nobel Hall

Project Description

SCOPE:

Jersen served as the General Contractor for the construction of Nobel Hall, a 45,700-square-foot science building on the Siena University campus. The project scope included the full exterior building envelope, featuring structural metal framing, spray foam insulation, and fireproofing. Exterior finishes were comprised of brick masonry, precast concrete, and architectural metal panels. Interior construction included metal stud framing, drywall systems, acoustical and linear metal panel ceilings, wood doors and finish hardware, toilet and bath accessories, custom millwork, modular room partitions, and glass panel handrails. The facility was delivered to meet the performance and aesthetic standards of a modern higher education science center.
