Construction of an approximate 40 x 35 ft building to house a new chlorination feed system and conversion of the existing chlorination building to house a new de-chlorination (using sodium bisulfite) feed system.  It includes all associated site work, architectural work structural systems, process equipment, plumbing work, fire protection, HVAC equipment, electrical work, and instrumentation and control work.
