Jersen Construction Group has started on the new Saratoga Boulevard Apartments.
These class “A” luxury apartment community will consist of 214 garden-style apartments, a clubhouse, fitness center and in-door pool all on the nine-acre site. The apartments would be one-, two- and three-bedroom units with attached garages, ranging in size from 950 to 1,250 square feet.
The development will be located at 48 Saratoga Village Boulevard, south of Route 67, in Malta
Construction is underway and slated to be completed in 2016.
