Jersen is serving as the General Contractor for the construction of the Knickerbacker Aquatic Center in Troy, NY. The project began with the demolition of existing parking lots to make way for a full redevelopment of the site. Work includes installation of a new water main and all associated site utilities to support the facility. The aquatic complex features a splash pad with interactive water features, and a half-size Olympic lap pool accompanied by a waterslide. A newly constructed pool house anchors the facility and includes a pump/mechanical room, check-in area and offices, lifeguard and first aid room, and fully outfitted locker rooms.

The site is further enhanced by the installation of pool decks, sidewalks, ornamental fencing, extensive landscaping, and upgraded parking areas—creating an accessible community destination for aquatic recreation.
