New construction of a 12,500 SF firehouse on a 0.80-acre vacant parcel in downtown Northville, NY. The facility features four apparatus bays totaling 6,000 SF, with a 2,200 SF mezzanine designed for elevated training exercises. A 4,000 SF administrative wing provides support spaces including a kitchen, training room, conference room, radio room, offices, locker rooms, and restroom facilities. The new Great Sacandaga Lake Fire District is constructed of CMU with a brick veneer exterior. Site improvements include a new parking lot, radio tower, stormwater retention structures, new water service, and an on-site septic system.
