Renovation and alterations to existing hotel property and conversion to student housing, 134 studio units, approximately 62,000 SF. Renovations included cabinets, doors & hardware, LVP flooring, paint finish, plumbing fixtures, appliances and front entry lobby amenity space. We worked closely with the design team and owner in order to meet the projects aggressive schedule and came in under budget.
