SAFETY IS OUR GOAL At the Jersen Construction Group these are not merely words on a site sign but a culture we have created and perfected over several decades.
Corporate Safety Director Sandie Venne is a certified OSHA 500-501 trainer. Mrs Venne has spearheaded many company policies including safety incentives as well as disiplinary proceedures. Mrs. Venne reports directly to company officers which ensures immediate action . Jersen's progressive safety approach has kept our firm with a NYS audit-able .75 EMR. Safety Personnel, Project Managers, and our company executives visit and audit projects continuously for safety.
"How many OSHA inspections has Jersen had in the past 3 years?" Due to our tremendous growth and our many job sites we have had 10 inspections. Because of our dedication to safety, many of the inspections were performed at our request. "Of the 10 OSHA inspections, how many serious violations was Jersen cited for?" ZERO.
