John R. Jersen, a licensed Professional Engineer founded Jersen Industries, Inc. in 1983 after serving several years as president of a large construction firm.

Jersen Industries began working primarily in the private sector for such companies as General Electric, BASF, Cargill, and Niagara Mohawk, to name a few. Focusing on quality and attention to detail, Mr. Jersen's hands-on management approach kept our customers coming back again and again for their building needs.

Mr. Jersen maintained Jersen Industries, as a small General Contractor, with a core group of key employees. Jersen self performed a majority of the work and excelled in heavy concrete foundation work.

Kenneth J. Jersen joined the company in 1997 and working with the same key employees, formed what is known today as the Jersen Construction Group. In 2004, David J. Jersen joined the firm and works as an integral part of the management team.
