Jersen Construction Group has successfully negotiated a $20m student housing complex for the Albany campus students across from the college at 1475 Washington Avenue. The 4 Story building will contain 115 apartment units with 277 beds, full underground parking facilities a fitness center, student areas and a clubhouse with an elevated courtyard.
