Jersen has been awarded a new student housing project adjacent to the SUNY Campus in Albany.
The new $22 Million dollar facility will consist of 109 Suites with 322 individual bedrooms with private bathrooms.
Student amenities consist of a outdoor courtyards and clubhouse, study rooms & state of the art fitness facility – including tanning beds.
This 5 story building will have a full underground parking garage.
